Budget simulator

Test the reallocation before you commit a euro

Move budget from one channel to another and read the effect on your overall ROI, before the plan is signed.

Two questions it answers

Same budget, different split
Keep the envelope, move the money. The simulator reads your saturation curves and shows where the next euro works harder.
Different budget, best split
Raise or cut the envelope and see the allocation that maximises the objective you picked.

What the simulator shows

Budgets on the left, the projected outcome on the right. No channel is arbitrated in isolation.

  • Optimize mixThe simulator computes the split that maximises your objective, at a fixed budget or to reach a target.
  • Current mixGo back to your current allocation in one click and compare it line by line with the optimised scenario.
  • Channel locksFreeze the budget of a channel you have already committed: the optimisation only reallocates what is left open.
  • Channels and partnersEvery channel unfolds into its partners: the trade-off happens at the level where you buy.
  • Contribution and ROASEvery line shows the budget, its share of the mix, the expected contribution and the resulting ROAS.
  • Expert modeA cost column to simulate a CPM increase, plus the full decomposition: non-media drivers, baseline and the total of all contributions.

Every channel has its curve, the simulator arbitrates between them

Every channel has its own response curve, estimated from your own history. The point on the curve is where you stand today; its slope, what the next euro returns. A saturated channel returns less, an under-invested one returns more, and the simulator arbitrates between the two. On every simulation, each curve shows the starting point and the simulated point: where you saturate, where returns are still there. The output carries the model’s uncertainty: a range, not a false decimal.

ROAS = revenue generated for every euro spent on media.

mROAS = revenue generated by the last euro spent.

More than one objective

Revenue and new customer acquisition rarely reward the same channels. Run a model per objective and compare the two allocations side by side, instead of averaging them into one compromise.
